Spread across 1,500 acres on the west side of the Teton Range in Driggs, Idaho, Tributary is a four-season private club community built around an 18-hole championship golf course designed by David McLay-Kidd. It sits directly across from the Driggs-Reed Memorial Airport — a 35-minute drive from Jackson Hole — making it one of the most accessible luxury communities in Teton Valley for residents arriving by private aircraft.

The community's amenities are built around genuine outdoor recreation: seven on-site fly-fishing ponds, a 2-mile elevated boardwalk through 500 acres of protected fen wetlands, a members-only ski lodge at Grand Targhee Resort, an ice-skating rink, cross-country ski and snowmobile trails, a wellness center, spa, outdoor pool, and restaurant. Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks are both within easy reach.
